Working principle:

When the switch is pressed, the high-intensity light beam passes through the measurement window 

containing liquid or sludge. The light beam is received by the phototransistor on the other side of the 

window. If the window contains air or clear liquid, there is no alarm sound; If you encounter suspended

solids in the window, it will absorb some of the beam energy and the speaker on the stock will start to 

buzz. With the increase of sludge concentration, the pitch and volume of sound will increase, thus clearly 

indicating the location of the thickest sludge for the operator. Hold the trigger and listen to the pitch, 

while slowly moving the probe, the operator can observe the scale line on the cable and determine the 

height of the sludge layer or surface floc.

After use, the cable is wound on the spool of the mud gun. Single equipment, one-handed measurement,

 mud gun is convenient for operators to measure in different construction sites. It can be used in day or
